Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, in particular).

- Machine Operation: Operate the button and hole machine (e.g., Brother BE-438F) to insert buttons and create buttonholes on shirts accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished garments to ensure buttons and holes are correctly placed and meet quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the button and hole machine to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues with the machine to prevent production delays.
- Documentation: Keep records of production output and machine maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of buttons and other supplies needed for the machine.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience operating a button and hole machine in a garment manufacturing environment.
