Please read our refund and return policy thoroughly before completing the form below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from PraaaA!, you may be eligible for a return and refund by following the simple procedure outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

How do I make return?

You can make a return by following these steps:

  1. Fill out the form below completely.

  2. Select the category of the products you want to return and enter the order number.

  3. Choose the reason for your return. Depending on the reason, you may need to provide additional information related to the order.

  4. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. After making your selection, click “Submit.”

Important: Ensure all details regarding the pickup address, multiple phone numbers, available times, or item location (if you will be unavailable) are filled out correctly.

Please note:

  • The dispatch rider will only come to the location once. If you are unavailable and still want the product returned, an additional pickup charge will be added and subtracted from the refund amount.
  • For customers outside Lagos, if you need to return your item(s),  a document will be sent to your email to print and give to the dispatch rider. It is crucial to have this document ready. A repeat pickup attempt will incur an additional cost, deducted from the original purchase amount. If you might be unavailable, leave the package with a security personnel or someone you trust to hand it over to the dispatch rider.


Return shipping is free for your first and second return of every order within 30 days from the purchase date.

For the third order within 30 days you will be required to pay a N10,000 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Place all return items in one package.
  • For customers outside Lagos, print and tape the return label onto the outside of the package, and wait for the DHL dispatch rider.

You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page or through SMS, email, or push notifications.

Can I return all product bought PraaaA!?

Almost all items purchased on PraaaA! are eligible for return and refund if you are not satisfied with them, with just a few exceptions:

  • Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene stickers removed.
  • Accessories.
  • Some free gift orders.

What is the timeframe for making a return?

You can return eligible items for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Items cannot be returned once this 7-day period has passed.


I. Once we receive the returned items and they pass our quality inspection, we will process your refunds.

II. If you have missing items or items that were not delivered, select the corresponding reason under “Return/other help” to request a refund or contact our customer service for assistance. The tracking information provided by the carrier determines the delivery status of the item.

III. Refunds typically take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days in some cases) to be credited to your original payment account, depending on your financial institution. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to PraaaA!’s error. Any insurance costs are also non-refundable.

IV. You may qualify for an advanced refund, where we issue the refund after you drop off your return package. If the returned items are not received, we may charge your original payment method accordingly. Advanced refunds are granted based on your shopping history and are at our discretion.

V. Alternatively, you may receive an instant refund, where we issue the refund before you return the items. If the return items are not received, we may charge your original payment method. Instant refunds are granted based on your shopping history and are at our discretion.

Important Notice

I. The sender’s address on your package is NOT the return address. If you send the return package to that address, the processing time for your return may be delayed. You should only send the return package to the address on the return label we provide.

II. Please make sure that you do NOT accidentally include any items in your return package that you do not wish to return. If you have accidentally included a wrong item, please contact Customer Service. We cannot promise that wrong items will be found and returned, and we do not store or provide refunds for such items. If you have any questions regarding returns or this policy:

For items shipped from praaaa: please contact our customer service. For items shipped from providers: please reach out to the provider by navigating to “Return Details” and selecting “Contact the provider”.
